Roots in India
Growing up around jewellers gave Pooja an instinctive appreciation for detail, materials and the emotion a piece can carry.
01 — Our story
THE ZAYVER began with Pooja Rastogi — shaped by India, a career in technology, and a lifelong connection to jewellery.
Today, from Sweden, she brings these worlds together through jewellery that feels personal, expressive and made to be remembered.
A connection to jewellery carried across generations
A family legacy
Born and brought up in India, Pooja grew up in a family where jewellery was more than a profession. Her grandfather was a jeweller, and her father continues that legacy today.
From an early age, she saw how jewellery could hold emotion, identity and memory. She learned that the most meaningful pieces are not simply worn — they become part of a person's life.
That heritage stayed with her, even as her own path took her somewhere different.
A heritage of craftsmanship, reimagined through a new perspective.
The journey
Growing up around jewellers gave Pooja an instinctive appreciation for detail, materials and the emotion a piece can carry.
Her professional life began in IT, where she developed a disciplined approach to structure, precision and turning ideas into something real.
Moving to Sweden introduced new cultures, design influences and perspectives — while deepening her appreciation for where she came from.
After years in technology, Pooja returned to the creative instinct that had always been part of her and gave it a home in THE ZAYVER.
The woman behind the brand
Technology taught her precision.
Her heritage taught her meaning.
Sweden taught her restraint.
Together, these influences shape THE ZAYVER — jewellery that brings together Indian heritage, contemporary design and a quiet sense of individuality.
Inspiration
Pooja finds inspiration in details that are easy to overlook: the rhythm of architecture, the colours of a market, the lines of an old textile, the stillness of nature and the individuality of people she meets.
An idea may begin as a sketch, a texture, a conversation or simply a feeling worth remembering. From there, it is refined into jewellery designed to feel distinctive without losing its sense of ease.
It should feel as though it has found the person it was meant for.
A note from Pooja
“Jewellery has always been more than adornment to me. It holds memory, confidence and connection. I created THE ZAYVER for women who want the pieces they wear to feel personal — something chosen not only for how it looks, but for how it makes them feel.”
