We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, details such as descriptions, availability, or prices may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and we reserve the right to correct any such errors.

Product colours and finishes may appear differently depending on your device, screen, and display settings, and we cannot guarantee that your device will display colours accurately.

4. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Prices and offers are subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. By placing an order, you authorise us and Razorpay to charge the applicable amount for your order. We do not store your complete card or bank details on our servers.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to cancel any orders placed based on inaccurate information, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order, including where:

• the product is unavailable or incorrectly priced or described;
• we suspect fraud or an unauthorised or unlawful transaction;
• the order appears to be placed by a dealer, reseller, or for bulk resale; or
• we are unable to deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across serviceable PIN codes in India through our shipping partner, iCarry, and its associated courier services. After your payment is confirmed, we will send an order confirmation by email, and a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

In-stock items are generally processed within two (5) business days. Made-to-order or pre-order items are produced after purchase and dispatched within the estimated timeframe shown on the relevant product page.

Full details, including delivery timelines and any Cash-on-Delivery terms, are set out in our Shipping Policy. For any international shipments, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We accept eligible returns and exchanges of unused and undamaged items in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy. Please review that policy for eligibility conditions, timelines, and the return process. Natural variations in handcrafted pieces are not grounds for return on their own.

8. Custom and Personalised Orders

For custom or personalised jewellery, a deposit is required before crafting begins. This deposit secures your design and materials and allows us to allocate the time and skilled work needed to create your piece.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes requested before production begins. Once the design is finalised and crafting has started, the deposit is non-refundable, as the work is specific to you. If we are unable to fulfil your custom order, or if we cancel it, your deposit will be refunded in full.

9. Intellectual Property

Except where otherwise noted, all content on the Website — including text, images, designs, graphics, logos, icons, "The Zayver" name and marks, the www.thezayver.com domain, software, and the selection and arrangement of the above (collectively, the "Content") — is owned by or licensed to The Zayver and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited licence to view, download, and print the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, data-mine, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written permission.
